Hello. My name is Dee Bowlin. I grew up in the snowy state of Wisconsin and moved to Oklahoma with my parents after high school. Oklahoma City became my home for the next forty-five years. When I was able to retire, I moved to the Roanoke Valley of Virginia, where the Blue Ridge Mountains captured my heart.

I enjoy writing poetry and spend hours taking photographs of the beauty surrounding me. Virginia is the perfect place for creative inspiration and road trips with Walter, my beloved companion, personal chef, and chauffeur. He has adopted my teddy bear collection, and some of the bears travel with us.
